Eric D. Friedlander

Mr. Friedlander became involved with the business on a consulting basis in 1997 and joined as its CEO in 2001. He has helped guide the company through its transition from an entrepreneurial venture to a professionally managed corporation. His previous experience includes international contract litigation with Cravath, investment banking with Bank of America, and a CFO role with ArcLight Cinema Company. Mr. Friedlander graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Dayle Burton
Chief Information Officer and V.P Operations, Los Angeles

Mr. Burton joined the company in mid-2001 as its CIO and COO with the primary charge to upgrade of the company's technology infrastructure aligning the operational and technological systems to more effectively measure business performance. His experience includes high-level operations roles with The Rank Organization, the United Kingdom's only vertically integrated motion picture studio, and United Cinemas International. Mr. Burton moved to the United States in 1997 as COO with Icon Software and later moved to Pacific Theatres' ArcLight Cinema Company where he worked with Mr. Friedlander. Mr. Burton graduated from Sheffield Hallamshire University in Yorkshire, England.
